When Will I Get My Money?

Funding times will vary based on a few factors. Every bank institution has different processing times so we can’t say for certain how long it will take your bank to credit funds to your account. That said, in most cases you can expect to see the money in your account according to when your loan documents are signed:

  • If your loan agreement was signed by 11:00 am (Central Time) on a business day, you should expect to receive your money by 6:00 pm the same day.
  • If your loan agreement was signed after 11:00 am (or on a weekend or bank holiday), you should expect to receive your money by 6:00 pm the next business day.

How ACH Payment Works

You will receive your money via ACH without any additional effort on your end. We use this deposit option because it is a fast and secure method of sending your funds and there are no additional fees required.

If you have reviewed the information below and believe you should have already received your funds, please contact your bank to find out when they will credit the money to your account.

  • Agreement

    Once your loan agreement is signed, TBO Bank initiates an ACH payment transaction for direct deposit of your loan funds.

  • Processing

    This transaction is sent to The Federal Reserve for processing and release of funds to your bank.

  • Deposit

    Your bank receives the ACH direct deposit payment and is responsible for crediting the money to your account.

Frequently Asked Questions

If your loan agreement is signed by 11:00 am Central Time on a business day, you should receive your money the same day (and with many banks, by 6:00 pm the same day).

However, the exact timing ultimately depends on your bank. Just know that in some cases, the bank may not credit the money to your account until later that evening. You can contact your bank to learn more about how they process ACH.

If your loan agreement was signed after 11:00 am Central Time (or on a weekend or bank holiday), you should receive your money by 6:00 pm Central Time the following business day. In some cases, it may be even earlier in the day.

However, the exact timing ultimately depends on your bank. Just know that in some cases, the bank may not credit the money to your account until the end of the day.

With most banks, you should receive your money by 6:00 pm Central Time Monday. (If the following Monday is a bank holiday, you will receive your money on Tuesday.) However, the exact timing of when the funds are accessible to you ultimately depends on your bank.

We transfer your money to the bank account you provided and confirmed online right before signing your loan agreement.

The Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network is one of the largest, safest, and most reliable payment systems in the world. In fact, if your paycheck is directly deposited into your bank account, or you make recurring online bill payments, you’re already using ACH.

The ACH Network is a batch processing system in which financial institutions accumulate ACH transactions throughout the day for later batch processing. Instead of using paper to carry necessary transaction information, such as with checks, ACH Network transactions are transmitted electronically, allowing for faster processing times and lower costs.
